Housing Support Specialist
Housing Support Specialist
TPCS is hiring for a Housing Support Specialist. The Housing Support Specialist (HSS) provides direct services to households enrolled in the Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) and Domestic Violence-Rapid Re-housing program. This position works closely with consumers and support agencies to foster housing stability, connect them with supportive services, and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and VAWA program requirements. The HSS is responsible for intake, ongoing case management, file management, safety planning (DV survivors), and individualized service planning, helping consumers transition from homelessness to permanent housing while promoting long-term stability.

Housing Navigator
TPCS is hiring for a Housing Navigator. The Housing Navigator (HN) supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability by assisting them in locating, securing, and maintaining safe and affordable housing. In direct service to households enrolled in the Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) program and Domestic Violence-Rapid Re-housing program. This position builds relationships with landlords and property managers, helps consumers overcome housing barriers, and coordinates with case management and community partners to promote long-term housing stability in alignment with Housing First principles.
