I am a Research Fellow at the Fondazione Luigi Einaudi in Turin and a PhD Candidate at the European University Institute in Florence. My research centres on the thought and practice of early modern republicanism, with a focus on Algernon Sidney (1623-1683) and the English republic as well as its post-revolutionary afterlife and the reception of English republicanism in transnational, cross-confessional, and global contexts (c.1649-1800). I am Social Media Editor at Global Intellectual History.
