Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that focuses on joint specific mobility and strengthening. Conventional medical and fitness workouts focus on muscle stretching and strengthening, but all those muscles start and end at a joint. As great as massages feel, and as strong as your muscles may be, your joints don’t get as much blood flow as your muscles do. Which is where arthritis, rotator cuff/labrum tears, ankle sprains and meniscus injuries come from, to name a few. The tissues at the joint don’t have the strength to withstand the load you place on it. This is where joint-specific strength training comes in.
