Remember Lily

Welcome to Remember Lily, a space to honor our beloved British Shorthair, Lily (2017–2024). When Lily joined our family, she was shy and scared of humans. For years, she kept her distance, observing from quiet corners. But with patience and love, she slowly let us in. About two years ago, Lily’s trust blossomed, and she became the heart of our home. Her purrs were like music, her playful moments brought us joy, and she loved sunbathing or curling up beside us. She wasn’t just a pet; she was family. In early 2024, we learned Lily had cancer in her right hind leg. Despite her illness, she remained brave and loving, filling her days with warmth and affection. In November 2024, we said goodbye to Lily, holding her close as she passed peacefully. Her journey from fear to love inspires us every day. This site is dedicated to her memory, celebrating the beautiful soul who touched our hearts forever. Thank you for remembering Lily.
