When I read articles like this, I can’t help but admire the overlap between principles of the product discipline and core truths about digital transformation. For example: "What worked well for your product in the past may not be enough to keep your customers satisfied today." Products should continually evolve based on changing consumer needs, which means the work is never really done. And the same goes for Digital Transformation: There is no such thing as "done" (just a never-ending process of learning, listening, tweaking, and adapting.)
