Thank you for your interest in joining SHAPE! Please fill out this form, and we will send you more information about how to get involved. Students can join SHAPE at any time during the academic year to attend meetings and events and get involved in our outreach programming. However, we hold a 40-hour training annually during the winter quarter and new members are expected to attend to become eligible to facilitate SHAPE presentations and run for executive board positions. We ask for your student ID number because all incoming SHAPE members must undergo a disciplinary records check, solely for records involving being found responsible as a perpetrator of sexual misconduct.
