I ordered a hot caramel coffee and it was a terrible experience. The drink came completely cold, not even slightly warm. When I told the staff at the counter, instead of admitting the mistake, he behaved rudely and said, “It’s served at 60°C.” But the coffee was clearly cold, and anyone could feel that. Very unprofessional behavior and extremely poor quality. Definitely not worth the money.

One of my fav to go places. The staff is their plus point and a must go for alot of people if they want a comfortable time to spend with themselves and their loved ones
