About me
A few years ago, I wondered whether the lessons I’d learned over two decades of leading teams in complex corporate environments could help others grow, lead, and succeed. That question led me to become a full-time leadership and teamwork coach.
I began leveraging my real-world experience—along with a bachelor’s degree from MIT, a doctorate from UC San Francisco, and a coaching core curriculum certificate from the Co-Active Training Institute—to coach leaders across eight countries and five continents in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and finance to tech, real estate, gaming, construction, and industrial manufacturing.
What’s struck me most is how similar the challenges are, regardless of geography, seniority, or industry. Leaders everywhere wrestle with strategy, priorities, team dynamics, career transitions, challenging relationships, and finding a sense of balance and purpose. And the approaches that help them move forward are far more universal than most people expect.
