1) Order form and Refund forms should be filled for Refunds 2) Buyer Should possess Order/Refund Form Mail Responses whenever asked by the mediators, Failure to produce will result in No Refunds. 3) Order forms should be filled immediately after sharing order details with the respective mediators. 4) Refund form should be filled within 15 days of order date, No forms will be considered after 15th day. 5) Seller feedbacks are mandatory for Amazon products if that option is present in the google form then buyer must fill it Compulsorily. 6) Refund timeline for each product can be between 7-50 working days, There can be delay sometimes your co-operation would be appreciated. 7)Any Cancellation/Return/Replacement of the products must be pre informed to the mediator with proper reason.
