Gym Buddies Program
This program will connect you with someone from our community to help you stay consistent and motivated with your gym workouts. Participants with lower gym experience will be paired with those with higher experience to ensure guidance and support during workouts. Simply fill out this form to be matched based on your availability and gym experience level. Once matched, you’ll receive your buddy’s contact information. We’ll also create gym buddy WhatsApp group chats within the Brotherhood and Sisterhood WhatsApp communities, so you can coordinate with others if your assigned buddy isn’t available. If you have any questions about the program, brothers can reach out to Br. Omar at student.services@macmsa.com, and sisters can contact Sr. Heeba at ahmeh13@mcmaster.ca or via Slack.
