Misconduct Reporting Form
Misconduct Reporting Form
This form will be handled by the Vice President of Human Resources (Beatrice Guller) and in serious circumstances the President (Charlotte Masi). The purpose of this form is to gather feedback about brothers' experiences in the community. Further, it is to gather information about misconduct to help inform interpersonal accommodations to make our community more inclusive and accessible. This form intends to ensure that the KAPi Board is best serving our community. Thus, feedback can be as broad or specific as you would like, and misconduct can range from instances of sexual misconduct to social misconduct and other bias-related instances. Please do not hesitate to reach out to georgetownkapi@gmail.com with any questions, comments, or concerns. If you would prefer, you can individually reach out to Beatrice (bag96@georgetown.edu) and Charlotte(crm198@georgetown.edu) via email.
