Sacred Sunday - Online Cacao Ceremony - 15th Feb
Join me for a heart opening and grounding “Sacred Sunday” Cacao Ceremony, held online for your comfort and ease on the 15th February @ 9am to 10.30am. The invitation is to arrive with your cacao ready to drink. This ceremony is an opportunity to connect with the energy and medicine of cacao and to allow yourself the time and space to receive the gifts that come from slowing down and going inwards. You will be guided and held in a nourishing and supportive virtual space where you can explore and be with whatever emotions or life situations you are currently navigating. You are welcome exactly as you are. The ceremony is via Zoom and you will receive the link and full joining instructions the day before the ceremony. Please note that payment is per household and so you can invite your friends or family to join you. Ceremonial cacao will be offered as a gentle and supportive medicine alongside conscious breath, kirtan and sound. Within the space, there is an invitation to explore and integrate the masculine and feminine energies that live within us all, allowing each person to meet themselves with greater honesty, compassion, and awareness . You will be guided within a safe and grounded ceremonial container, with time for reflection, expression, and shared learnings. No prior experience is needed.
