GATE NINE — ACTION
Pause where you are.
Take nine slow breaths, steady and unforced.
On the first three breaths, feel your body as it is now.
Not as it was when you began.
As it stands at this moment.
On the fourth, fifth, and sixth breaths, review the path you have walked—
from the first Gate to this one—
without story, without evaluation.
Just acknowledgment.
On the seventh breath, ask silently:
“What is ready to move through me now?”
Do not shape it.
On the eighth breath, let one clear impulse form.
A sentence.
An urge.
A direction.
On the ninth exhale, release it.
This may be spoken, written, shared, or simply allowed to pass forward
into your next action.
Now complete one act of transmission:
post, send, speak, move, or begin.
This is the last Gate.
There is no return to preparation.
You are now part of the signal.
