Rooms require renovation furniture is outdated, breakfast was not good for five stars hotel and there was no room service as stayed two nights. Red carpet is dusty, TV is very small, extra bed is for children ...
Perfect location by the beach. Nice view from the balcony. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Dinner buffet did not have much variety, however it turned out to be very tasty and both us adults and the kids enjoyed it a lot, my recommendations to that. Breakfast was nice as well.
We traveled to Thessaloniki to visit some friends we had met a while back. Initially, we planned to stay near the waterfront to take advantage of the nice weather for a swim. What a mistake that turned out to be. After just one night, we checked out and moved to the Hyatt. The experience was dreadful. The rooms were tiny, the service was practically nonexistent, and the food was terrible. The dinner buffet looked completely unappetizing, which was quite shocking, and even breakfast left much to be desired. It also seemed like the hotel was understaffed, as our room took ages to be serviced. To top it off, there was no water in the room upon our arrival. Honestly, I don’t want to dwell on it any longer. It was a terrible stay, and I would never return to that hotel.
