Wow!! I often wonder if tour guides truly realize the impact they can have on someone’s life, adventure, or overall experience. Well, Kathy (or Cathy?), Heather, and Matt absolutely get it. Kathy helped me get booked for a tour—and with my veteran’s discount, it was incredibly affordable. I ended up on a full-day, 12-hour tour of the lower loop of Yellowstone, and it was worth every single minute. Heather and Matt were my guides, and the sheer depth of knowledge and passion they brought with them was remarkable. There were no canned speeches or scripts being read off a pamphlet—these two genuinely know and love Yellowstone, and it shows. It may sound a little corny, but reflecting on that day now, as I sit and write this, honestly brings a tear to my eye. The joy I still feel about that experience can’t be overstated. I was in the middle of a massive road trip—22 states and about 6,000 miles, visiting as many national and state parks as I could. But my day with Heather and Matt stands out as the absolute highlight of the entire journey. The bus was incredibly comfortable, with large windows perfect for taking in the views, and the air conditioning was wonderfully refreshing on a warm day. Lunch was a treat—I had the “Cody” sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. Throughout the day, there was a constant and genuine “Do you need water or snacks?” that made me feel truly cared for. If you're planning a trip to Yellowstone and have the chance to book a tour with this team, do it. You won’t regret it for a second
