A Code4Cause Tutor works directly with students to teach programming concepts through structured projects. Tutors play a key role in guiding students, supporting their learning, and helping them build confidence in coding. Teach students programming concepts using provided slides and project materials Guide students through coding projects and help them problem-solve Lead small group sessions (typically 1 tutor to 3–4 students) Track student progress and maintain a supportive learning environment Keep accurate records of tutoring hours and sessions Benefits: Earn verified volunteer hours for all tutoring sessions Gain teaching and leadership experience Develop stronger programming and communication skills Make a direct impact by helping younger students learn coding
