My goal is to make practicing yoga easy for everyone & to inspire people, who may not think yoga is for them, to give it a try and start a consistent practice. You'd be surprised how much just a 15-30 minute practice can change your day! Yoga has been life changing for me & has helped so much with my physical & mental well-being so I hope to share this with the world. On my channel you will find short, beginner to intermediate yoga videos, as well as some longer, more advanced flows. I will also be posting sound healing videos with crystal sound bowls and kenari chimes. Sound baths can help calm the mind and your calm your nervous system.
