In working with trauma survivors, I am experienced in working with those living with depression, anxiety, persistent pain and substance use, which are often rooted in trauma. For the majority of my career, I have had tremendous opportunities and the honour to work with First Nations communities, from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory to Nuxalk Territory. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which is a somatic (body-based) therapeutic modality.
