I used to believe I’d never live without substances — that I’d die in a vacant house in Detroit, addicted, unhoused, and lost. But on October 16, 2019, my recovery began. I found hope through MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), and after a successful taper, I’ve been MAT-free since May 26, 2021. Now, I’m here — not just surviving, but living. I’m the person I once needed, and I show up every day for those still struggling. My channel is about raw recovery, harm reduction, addiction advocacy, and outreach. Whether you’re in recovery, still using, or just want to understand addiction on a deeper level — this space is for you. I made it out of the darkness.
