How this works 🍉
Generally, the sessions last 55 minutes to 1 hour where we discuss anything and everything you find important to you. Often, I recommend that these session happen 2 to 4 times a month.
The structure, pace, the whats, whens and hows will all be decided together.
This is a place for you to find safety and heal. You don't have to perform or be good at anything.
