Save the Davis Meeker Garry Oak is a group of approximately 20 individuals who came together spontaneously and organically, driven to action by our determination to stop the City of Tumwater from breaking the law in its quest to cut down a tree that is at the heart of Tumwater's historical identity, that is a headstone for a Native American burial site, and that is home to nesting kestrels.
