2 x 2 hour Clay pottery hand building workshops
2 x 2 hour Clay pottery hand building workshops
Join us for a relaxing 2 x 2 hour pottery hand building workshop to create your very own clay masterpiece. During this one off workshop full of fun and creativity to create and build your very own work of art. The session will start with a demonstration showing you the tools and techniques for hand building with clay. You will then return to the studio around 3 weeks later (once your piece has dried and been fired for the first time) to apply a glaze to add colour to your piece. This piece will then be clear glazed by the studio and fire fired again and ready for you around 2 weeks after glazing. (subject to minimum numbers of 6 people - cancellation may be necessary if we do not reach minimum numbers)

Join our 4 week block of professional pottery hand building clay studio sessions and discover the fundamental principles of clay making. All materials, instructions, glazes and firing of your pieces will be provided, so you can focus on learning and creating something unique. Our pottery studio sessions offer a fun and creative outlet to express yourself and create personalized works of art. This program is perfect for beginners and for those looking to improve their skills. Don't miss the opportunity to join this exciting journey into the world of pottery! Pottery workshops are held on Wednesday & Thursdays daytime, Thursday evenings, or Friday daytime and are agreed at the time of booking. Once you purchase your voucher this will be emailed to you (limited Saturday slots 1pm - 3pm - email thepotterycave1@gmail.com to enquire) -21st June, -5th July -26th July (subject to minimum numbers of 6 people - cancellation may be necessary if we do not reach minimum numbers)

Join us for a relaxing 2 hour pottery hand building workshop to create your very own clay masterpiece. During this one off workshop full of fun and creativity to create and build your very own work of art. At the end of the session, you will choose an oxide stain which the studio will apply for you together with a clear glaze, your piece will be left with the studio to be fired and ready for you around 4 weeks after your experience. (subject to minimum numbers of 6 people - cancellation may be necessary if we do not reach minimum numbers)

We offer individual throwing lessons to teach you the art of the possible with clay. Starting with centering, we show your the principles and then support you as you master the techniques and produce your pieces of hand thrown individual work. Available as individual sessions, two, three or four people together across our 2 wheels. Wheel throwing workshops take place on the first Wednesday or Saturdays of the month - Bookings to be made via email: thepotterycave1@gmail.com
