Hello TSIC Mentors, Use this form to register for our Thursday Virtual 1-1 sessions held via Zoom. These sessions are a great way to maintain consistency with your mentee and ensure you meet your bi-weekly session count goal and your student meets their 15 mentor session count by the end of the school year. How it works: Students and mentors will be sent into private breakout rooms for a private 30 minute 1-1 session. Once the session is complete, the mentor coordinator will log the session for you!

Hello! We thank you for being a mentor with us here at Take Stock in Children. This form is to provide you with an additional option for logging your mentor sessions. These sessions are vital to the success of our program and the growth of each student not just academically, but also in other ways(socially and emotionally). Once you log a session on this form, our team will make sure it gets logged in the system. Our preference is that each mentor log them in the State Office TSIC App, but we know that it has not always been reliable. Keep Being Great!
