Hello potential Swomen and welcome to SMOG! We are an elite women's team based in the North of England. Our goals this season are: personal and team development; team cohesion; improving on our placing at Nationals and Euros. We prioritize teamwork, competitive excellence and a fun supportive environment so we can grow as individuals and a team. Season Outline: - We will be continuing 1 day training's in Leeds as our primary method of training, with ~3 weekend training camps in Manchester at key points in the season. - We will be picking a competitive squad and a training squad to help develop players and boost our training base. - We would like all squad members to prioritize SMOG training's- this may mean we ask training squad players to be EUCS rostered with us (which may impact ability to play for other teams).
