Meet Nandini Kodipunzula '24, a graduate of Santa Clara University’s School of Engineering, where she earned her M.S. in Computer Engineering. Coming from a non-CS undergraduate background and with industry experience at Freshworks, Nandini intentionally chose to pursue graduate school at SCU — driven by a desire to deeply understand the “why” behind architectural decisions.

At Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) at Santa Clara University School of Engineering, students build technical skills and community through inclusive workshops, peer mentorship, and three annual hackathons that connect learning to industry and social impact. Led by Jake Espersen ’26, the organization fosters hands-on exploration and thoughtful engagement with emerging tools like AI, emphasizing curiosity, belonging, and lifelong relevance in computer science.
