The patience and time the team and Integrity Insurance agents have when ensuring you have the honest best coverage, is so very appreciated!! An update to my last review: Mayra & Celina have helped me when my home owners insurance did not renew and helped me save money on my policy! My mother-in-law needed help with this as well and they were able to review honestly other quotes she received. They recommended the best option from a consumer-first perspective— not just to make a sale. I also dealt with some health insurance changes and this team was able to assist me and guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and informed at every step. I cannot express my thanks and recommended for Integrity Agents Insurance. Truly living up to their name in every way!!
UPDATE: Here I am a couple years later and still Mayra Perez and her team at Integrity continue to impress. Their industry knowledge, expertise, and ability to provide unequalled client care is like nothing I have seen in the complicated insurance sector before. Highly recommend to call them before making any insurance decisions. What a fitting name! Integrity is right! Mayra and her team truly care for their clients. They take the time to learn your needs and search insurance plans that are right for you and your circumstance. Now that I've found Integrity I will never go anywhere else! Neither will you!
From beginning to end, my experience with Integrity was great. I spoke with Mayra about our current policies and she was honest and recommended that I stay with what I have right now. I will be sure to reach out to Mayra again in the future for all of my insurance needs! Update: Mayra reached back out to me to let me know that their agency now offers Mercury Insurance and even though I already had Mercury with another agency, she was able to save me a couple hundred a year!
