Flow Forward NJ is a 501c3 charity dedicated to ending period poverty, or the inadequate access to menstrual products and menstruation education, in New Jersey. All funds raised go directly to our cause. We provide free menstrual products, disposable and reusable, to individuals and communities in New Jersey, teach menstrual education programs across the state, conduct menstrual health research, and advocate for policy changes to help end period poverty. Run entirely by volunteers and started by college students, we are a young team of menstruators looking to change the world!
