After years of living in survival mode and navigating the grips of alcohol dependency, my path to sobriety would begin with addressing my poor habits, after a severe panic attack in 2020. It would begin with obedience, walking, and rebuilding trust with my body.
With a background in fitness coaching and a deep understanding of trauma, burnout, and survival mode from my personal experience, I strive to share my story of accountability-driven guidance for those who feel overwhelmed by traditional recovery models and are seeking a more holistic, compassionate path forward.
