Using our unique Calm Cats Therapeutic Activity Curriculum — Move, Stretch, Breathe, Focus, Meditate, Imagine, Relax — we create engaging sessions that build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. We offer early years parent-and-child classes, school holiday wellbeing clubs, after-school programmes, whole-school workshops, and parent education events. Every Calm Cats session is small, supportive, and designed to help children (and their adults) feel calm, connected, and confident.
