Please see below Terms and Conditions. Terms & Conditions for Class Booking Credit System 1. Credit Rollover: A maximum of three (3) credits can be rolled over to the following month under specific circumstances such as holidays, serious sickness, or injury. Members must request rollover credits in advance or as soon as possible. Rolled credits must be used within 30 days of being issued and cannot be rolled over again. 2. Refund for Late Cancellations: Members are allowed one (1) refund for a late cancellation per calendar month. Additional late cancellations will not be eligible for credit refunds. 3. Booking Responsibility: Members are responsible for managing their class bookings. This policy encourages commitment to scheduled sessions and ensures fairness to other members.

Membership Cancellation Reminder As outlined in your signed terms and conditions, memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel. This means that if you cancel before your next direct debit date, one final payment will still be taken. You will retain full access to your membership and can continue using the gym until the last day of your 30-day notice period.

Membership Pause & Cancellation Policy Memberships cannot be paused for holidays or work commitments. However, missed sessions due to these reasons can be requested back as credits by completing the Credit Return/Request Form. If the member is away for longer than a period of 3 weeks, they will need to consider a cancellation. Body Fresh Fitness cannot guarantee that a space will be available upon rejoining due to capacity potentially being full. This must be done via the cancellation form. Exception Pauses: Pauses may be granted for medical reasons, but a medical document must be provided. All pauses require a minimum of 30 days notice. If a member is unable to use the gym due to medical reasons before the 30-day notice period, the time will be credited to their account until they return. The maximum pause length is 3 months.
