Adding sp_core library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add sp-core

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

sp-core = "39.0.0"

The sp_core library will be automatically available globally. Read the sp_core library documentation.
