Adding sc_cli library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add sc-cli

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

sc-cli = "0.57.0"

The sc_cli library will be automatically available globally. Read the sc_cli library documentation.
