Adding rustpython_vm library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rustpython-vm

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rustpython-vm = "0.4.0"

The rustpython_vm library will be automatically available globally. Read the rustpython_vm library documentation.
