Adding rustd_runtime library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rustd_runtime

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rustd_runtime = "0.2.0"

The rustd_runtime library will be automatically available globally. Read the rustd_runtime library documentation.
