photon-indexer is both an executable binary that can be run, and a library that can be used in Rust programs.

Installing photon photon-migration photon-openapi photon-snapshot-loader photon-snapshotter photon-tree-validator executables

Assuming you have Rust/Cargo installed, run this command in a terminal:

cargo install photon-indexer

It will make photon photon-migration photon-openapi photon-snapshot-loader photon-snapshotter photon-tree-validator commands available in your PATH if you've allowed the PATH to be modified when installing Rust. cargo uninstall photon-indexer uninstalls.

Adding photon_indexer library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add photon-indexer

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

photon-indexer = "0.50.0"

The photon_indexer library will be automatically available globally. Read the photon_indexer library documentation.
