Adding impl_serde library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add impl-serde

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

impl-serde = "0.5.0"

The impl_serde library will be automatically available globally. Read the impl_serde library documentation.
