Adding changepacks_python library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add changepacks-python

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

changepacks-python = "0.2.14"

The changepacks_python library will be automatically available globally. Read the changepacks_python library documentation.
