Adding bit_collection library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add bit_collection

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

bit_collection = "0.2.3"

The bit_collection library will be automatically available globally. Read the bit_collection library documentation.
