I enjoyed it but my only complaint is once you learn enough about the game to figure out the big puzzle, you can play rounds where it’s impossible to progress, despite knowing exactly what needs to be done.

I both love and loathe bamboo. It’s an incredibly useful and fast growing renewable resource.

It also will not fucking die when neighbors plant it in the ground vs a container. It will take over without constant pruning of offshoots. You have to put a barrier at minimum 6 inches deep to even attempt to contain it. Feeders will grow literally overnight and produce offshoots dozens of feet away. I don’t know of a single herbicide that will kill it.

I love you bamboo, but also you can die in a fire. Not that that would kill you anyway.

Up until 2 days ago I didn’t even know these existed, and now I’m seeing them on Lemmy of all places. Seem super handy.

I’ll actually give Circle K some credit. They state that any unclaimed ticket is property of the retailer, but are allowing the courts to make the decision. It would be super easy for them just to point to policy and say tough shit.

Not my earliest but age 3 or so I had a similar dog experience. The next memory after that was us giving away the dog. Even though it bit me I was sad to see her go.

Earliest confirmed memory is around age 2. I was in the courtroom being adopted, sitting on the judges stand being asked if I wanted to live with my adopters. It’s possible my earliest memory is a little before that, while living with my bio parents, but I have no way of knowing if it’s a real or not.
