Meet the Team
Dafne Tsakiris

Dafne Tsakiris is the brain (and wit) behind Launch Point. With over a decade of experience in operations—and a track record that includes building and selling a product-based business—she brings the rare combo of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic clarity, and roll-up-your-sleeves know-how.
After navigating the wild world of scaling her own company, Dafne realized most growing businesses don’t need more tech or people—they need better processes. That’s when the entrepreneurial bug bit again, and Launch Point was born.
Known for her sharp eye, straight talk, and ability to make process improvement feel almost fun, Dafne leads the Launch Point team in simplifying complexity, uncovering inefficiencies, and architecting systems that actually work. Her philosophy? Strong businesses aren’t built on chaos—they’re built on clarity, consistency, and a whole lot of collaboration.
When she’s not mapping workflows or solving operational puzzles, Dafne is probably saying what everyone else is thinking (with impeccable timing) or finding a way to make Lucidchart feel like a party.

Annabelle Fiebelkorn
Director of Strategic Integration
Annabelle Fiebelkorn is the glue, the gear-turner, and the get-it-done energy behind Launch Point’s operational excellence. As Director of Strategic Integration, she ensures that every part of the business is aligned and rowing in the same direction—no rogue paddlers on her watch.
With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Development (with a spicy concentration in human capital), Annabelle brings a blend of strategic clarity and real-world pragmatism to every challenge. She doesn’t just spot the issues—she names them, untangles them, and turns them into action plans that stick.
She thrives in the chaos between big-picture vision and real-world execution, partnering closely with leadership to keep priorities on track, goals in focus, and systems humming. Whether she’s optimizing workflows, managing complex projects, or reminding everyone that “you don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems,” Annabelle leads with grit, grace, and a little bit of caffeine-fueled sass.
When she’s not wrangling processes, she’s probably on a bike (indoor cycle is her therapy), sipping a perfect cappuccino, or coaxing new leaves out of her ever-growing plant collection.
Her motto? “There’s more than one way to be right.” (And yes, she’ll still explain why her way is just a little more efficient.)

Kate Cook
Business Optimizer & Marketing Coordinator
If there’s a tangled workflow, I’m already halfway through unraveling it in my head. At Launch Point, I specialize in mapping complex processes into clear, streamlined systems—turning chaos into clarity one sticky note (or LucidChart) at a time.
I thrive in discovery sessions, where asking the right questions reveals what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether it’s identifying redundancies, surfacing hidden pain points, or simplifying overly complicated workflows, I bring both structure and insight to every project. My happy place? That “aha!” moment when a team sees how much smoother things could run.
Outside of operations, I also flex my creative muscles in writing—whether it’s crafting LinkedIn newsletters, sharp marketing content, or a cheeky internal update. Making process improvement engaging and even fun? That’s kind of my thing.
Oh, and in a past life, I was a tour guide, both at the largest single brewery in the world and at a whiskey distillery. So yes, I know how to pour a perfect pint, can tell you how single malt whiskey is made and guide companies through mapping their processes with ease.

Shawna Culp
Business Optimizer
As a cancer survivor and wheelchair user, for me, it’s all about adaptability, creativity and improvement. Helping businesses organize themselves through fractional operations is both valuable and satisfying for me. I enjoy learning about clients’ existing processes, and finding out where we can improve features or settings in their existing technology that, with small tweaks, can significantly improve the tools’ performance.
For one client, we were able to configure a Jobber account to include forms and checklists to amplify the clarity of their process, removing external management software requirements. For another, we turned on a project management software labs feature to show a project summary, enabling more efficient data recording and management at a glance.

Susan Cleveland
Business Optimizer
Process Simplifier | People Empowerer | Aquatic Enthusiast
Susan Cleveland is the person you want in the room when things feel a little messy and no one’s quite sure where to start. As a Business Optimizer at Launch Point, she specializes in clarifying, notating, and simplifying processes—transforming tangled systems into something your team can actually use (and maybe even enjoy).
With over 30 years as an educator, coach, mentor, and leader, Susan brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and human-centered insight to every project. Whether she’s mapping workflows, asking just the right questions to get to the heart of the issue, or empowering individuals to shine in their roles, Susan is all about making things work better—for the people and the process.
Her personal motto? “You’ll never regret showing up.” (And she shows up fully—whether it’s for clients, her team, or her four kids.)
When she’s not simplifying systems, she’s likely near water—paddleboarding, boating, or swimming. She’s also a voracious reader (always juggling at least three books), a live music fan, and the kind of person who remembers your favorite snack.

Steph Azurn
Project Support
I spent years working as an engineer, mostly in manufacturing, where I discovered a deep love for manufacturing operations—digging into processes, identifying gaps, and building process standards.
Now, as I support projects for Launch Point, I enjoy learning how businesses across different industries operate. Every business has its own challenges and bottlenecks, and I’m glad to be part of a team that helps map out processes, create SOPs and workflows, and close gaps—whether in systems, operations, or documentation.
When I’m not working at Launch Point, food is my favorite project! I’m probably out exploring food spots, recreating dishes I’ve seen online, or just cooking something I really like.
