Vouchers

If you have a voucher, make sure you enter it in the Redeem a voucher field before clicking the Buy button. Keep in mind that this step is your only chance to redeem your voucher. If you make a purchase without redeeming it, we cannot refund the purchase or honor your voucher retroactively.

International travelers

We can provide you with a letter of invitation for your visa application. If you need one, please send your full details along with the receipt for your KotlinConf ticket purchase to [email protected].

Academia

Students and teachers are eligible for a 50% discount on Regular Admission tickets. This discount cannot be applied to Super Early Bird and Early Bird tickets. To apply, please send a copy of your academic ID card or other identifying material to [email protected]. You will need to be enrolled as a member of your academic institution in May 2026 to receive the discount. Please note that only official institutions qualify.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where a ticket holder’s visa is denied or if the event is canceled.
