We pay Client Directors a competitive base salary and allow them to earn bonuses on top of it based on the business they’ve placed.
As you build your book up to profitability, you’ll take home a percentage of the commission you earn, with the potential of up to 50%, so your earnings reflect your success.
We’ve reimagined the broker experience. Instead of line managers, you’ll have access to trained coaches. We’ve replaced departments with Regional Hubs and expert Practice Groups. Teams have been swapped with Virtual Contracting, enabling you to share knowledge and commission with colleagues.

What is the recruitment process?
1. Upload your CV
Use our form to upload your CV as well as telling us about your broking experience and how you like to work with clients.
2. Talent team chat
Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out for an informal chat to discuss your application and next steps.
3. Pre-interview
A pre-interview with Client Director peer(s) so you can ask any questions about working at Konsileo, and they can get to know you and how you work.
4. SMT interview
Your formal interview will be with a member or panel of members from our Senior Management Team.
