What is Nutritional Ketosis?
Nutritional ketosis is a natural metabolic state that occurs when carbohydrate intake is intentionally reduced, not eliminated, to a personalized level that allows the body to efficiently burn fat for energy. By shifting metabolism toward fat utilization, nutritional ketosis can support safe, effective weight loss, along with meaningful benefits for health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and mental health disorders.
