Welcome to Kedara
A personal website by Ruben Verweij
My name is Ruben Verweij and this is my personal wiki, digital garden, blog, or, to summarize: personal website. At the moment, I’m writing mostly about the following topics: Books (book descriptions and reviews), Personal web (lightweight, fast, personal websites: a.k.a. Indieweb, smallweb), Long covid (a.k.a. post-covid, PASC), Nature (nature and related topics such as gardening) and Open source (a decentralized software development model that encourages open collaboration). I also keep track of what I’m focused on now.
This website is bilingual: currently, 54% of the pages are written in English and 46% of the pages are written in Dutch.
Some of my pages
Some of the pages that I’ve been working on lately include Book reviews in 2026, Postroll and Nederlands Het gemis van de trein. I’ll post (plant?) pages before they’re fully fleshed out and I’ll frequently update them. Once they’re complete enough for a first version, they’re also shown on my blog. Other, somewhat developed pages include:-
Yoga Introduction to yoga practice →
-
Nederlands POTS Posturaal orthostatisch tachycardiesyndroom →
-
Bhagavad Gītā The conversation between Krishna and Arjuna →
-
Ahamkara: the ego machine Topics: Yoga, Philosophy, Personal web →
-
Nederlands Natuurmomenten: Oktober 2025 Onderwerpen: Natuur →
Also check out the overview of slash pages, the about page or the colophon. I share interesting links here and have listed more recommendations on my Blogroll page. There are various ways to follow my work.
Explore by topic
There’s no chronological order in the digital garden. Instead, the pages are interconnected by links and organized by topic. Therefore, topics are a good starting point to explore my digital garden. The topics with the most pages are shown below.
I hope you’ll enjoy my digital garden!
