Some 90% of China-EU rail freight moves through Poland, now frozen amid Zapad-2025 drills and a Russian drone incursion. Yestrday Beijing asked Warsaw to restore the route (vital for platforms like Temu & Shein) but after 3 hours of talks, FM Sikorski said no.

With sea routes slower and air transport up to 30% more expensive, Europe’s e-commerce supply chains risk serious disruption. As a reminder, the border was originally planned to be briefly closed for the period of the "Zapad-2025" exercises only, but the closure had been extended following Russian drones provocation. China is the primary supplier of military drone parts into Russia.

@EUCommission Great speech but anyways.. it still costs us (EU) too much to shoot down Russian provocations.. Maybe the SAFE program will change that. We need, for example, programmable munitions, laser weapons, and technologically advanced production of unguided rockets etc...😏

Tumblr post: change your name and gender at least twice a year for security reasons. Reply post: using a gender manager so I don't have to memorize what gender I'm currently using for which accounts. Second reply: "Man" and "Woman" are commonly used genders. To make yourself more secure, try to come up with a unique gender that only you know.

    All my Chinese friends that told me not to bother riding the Shanghai Maglev were wrong. That thing was awesome! 🤩

    You need to understand, my brain is American. I cannot comprehend such transportation infrastructure. 33 tons, flying 3 inches above the ground, at 300 kph? Nonsense!

    Chinese people are like, "Dude, I'm telling you, that's not even our coolest train! That thing sucks! If you really want to live, take the train from Shanghai to Beijing. Travel first class. You're welcome."

    OK maybe I'll do that next. But this was pretty cool for basically an airport terminal tram.
