I agree but our criminal code is specific in that nobody can be convicted of an offense committed outside of Canada unless specifically stipulated by the law.

So like we would have to amend our laws in the legislature to specifically allow for criminal convictions of the things Musk did.

Meanwhile the planes cost 80-100 Million each to build. So if we refused to buy the remaining ~70 they'd be out 5.6Billion in production costs.

This new threat is a pathetically naked admission that the USA is hurting for revenue.

Buy a gun (or even a replica) and train with it. Just being familiar handling a firearm will drastically increase your effectiveness should you find yourself in a situation using a gun. Maybe you're issued a gun as part of some militia and have minimal time to prepare by that point.

Just having a gun and not training with it will only introduce an element of lethality into your life that previously wasn't there. At least if you train with it than you're deriving value even if you never have to use it for real.
