For all Hybridcloud hosting plans, you can request to repatriate your data — the complete website including databases — from another host (how). We provide this service free of charge if your previous host uses cPanel.
If your host does not use cPanel, you can transfer your files manually via FTP. Tutorials are available in this knowledge base.
We can provide the data transfer service on shared hosting if your host does not use cPanel for an hourly fee, depending on the time required for the transfer. On average, it takes 30 minutes to transfer a site.
