it says this game is quarantined, is something wrong with this game?
Quarantined by itch? Nothing is wrong with this game in terms of gameplay, but itch sometimes quarantines games whenever it likes.

Game does not function on windows 10 I believe, simply provides a window that states file not found after creating a bunch of temp files in the folder itself.
The only reason that would happen is if the "Data" folder wasn't with the extracted files or the code was not leading to the right place. I can check the code to see if the correct file is being read and release a patch later.

when trying to run the EXE, it simply pulls up a window stating File not Found
