is 420 mode completely dependent on rng? ive tried it at least 15 times trying different strategies. as far as i can see its completely rng dependent
ive tried keeping my monitor up untill i hear someone at my door. ive tried flicking it up and down constantly. i know freddy moves to my door after 5 laughs i dont need to watch her.
if i keep my monitor up 2 bars consumes 1% of power roughly every 2 seconds and the night is 4:30 i think. i run out of power best case senario at 3:45-4:00? something like that. if i do the flick strat then foxy always seems to get movement ops. and then they fuck my power. so it looks like i just need really good rng on foxy and freddy.
4/20 is not RNG dependent. Sure sometimes you can have good or bad RNG but its more skill based than luck. The key to winning is to manage your power carefully.
Maybe you dont know but you can stall both freddy and foxy at the same time. When freddy is on her last camera she only enters in the office if the door is open and if you dont have her camera selected. If you leave the door open but you have her camera selected, even when youre not using the camera, she will not enter the office. Now since you can stall foxy on any camera, you can stall both animatronics.
If you need to check on foxy you can close the right door and check on her. You can also use the time when chica is at the door to check too. I hope this helps you.
ill have to try that again but im pretty sure i tried that since thats how it works in fnaf. pretty sure that even if my cam is on her next to my door she still gets in.
i tried it again and beat it. my mistake was switching camera's to check foxy and then switching back to freddy. i figured as long as i put it back on her when i lowered the camera i would be safe but no.
Completely? No, you can have it very very consistent if you're cam stalling Freddy. I suppose it's always possible RNG screws you over so hard that there's nothing you can do, but it's definitely not just holding out for good RNG.
Sounds like you might be using the strategy of keeping the right door closed any time Freddy is in the hallway, which is definitely an RNG reliant strategy.
If you are actually doing the cam stalling strategy and still consistently losing, it's execution that's the problem.

Hmmm.. if freddy on the camera where eat something white.. i recommend to shut the door.. he never appear on door enter. For you open foxy cam and he is disapear, close right door immediately, no need to check him on others camera, it means he run to your doors. You can do it! I believe in you!
you can give freddy 5 seconds when in the cam next to the office then close it, the attack patterns are random, sometimes it's 6 seconds and some other times it's 10+ seconds

If golden appears in your office, you need fast up camera. Its only one way how to deal with golden freddy

Some who know how to get 100% completition, I already beated all night, have al animations(At least I think so), beated 4/20, used the code 1987 and finished night, and used the 6969 code... not sure what's missing :/

Freddy laughs and moves into a different room every time she laughs I counted 5 laughs before she kills you, on the fifth laugh she's in cam 6 I think (just the last camera on the right side of the office) and you have to close the door immediately otherwise you're fucked open it when she laughs again she moves back a camera and then it's just back and forth hope this helped and wasn't insanely confusing
I'll give my honest opinion. The game experience is good. Really, but the biggest problem is its battery, it's the damn Fox, I mean the battery, the shortest one ever lasted my dad and my mom. (Take this as a joke) but seriously, I can barely get past 3 AM. I try to optimize the battery, and when I finally manage to, the damn Fox arrives and drains all the remaining battery, screwing me over in the process...Normally I would think that this is nothing serious and that I'm the one playing wrong... BUT NO! I practically created muscle memory to survive as long as I can, but nothing It worked. Anyway, I know that probably nobody will read this, or maybe you're the one who created this FNAF, but... take this as a reminder to make a better drum kit than this garbage, and for God's sake, do it!Some animatronics that aren't so well-fused are difficult to work with, right? Lol I had trouble with battery too I only check the left hallway every 5-6 seconds the rest can be taken care of by listening bonnie, chica and Freddy leave sound cues so it's easy yes foxy is much tougher but it gets manageable take it from me I haven't played a fnaf game in six years and on 4/20 mode i still had like 8% battery left over but it's tough manageable but tough keep it up fellow night guard

I had to make an account just to say this, ignore all the mean comments devs. As a fellow indie dev, I can confirm. Game dev is HARD, even if you are focusing on it 24/7. What's more, this is a free game, so the devs don't even really have an obligation to give us anything, but they are. You guys have done something special, in managing to make a game with good art that is actually a pretty good FNAF fangame (even if it does mostly copy the mechanics of FNAF one). Keep up the good work, don't feel like you have to defend yourselves. I am looking forward to see anything you guys do in the future!

I've seen this sentiment a few times.
"3 years no update??"
During these 3 years the game was made in unity, almost fully remade in unity before needing to ditch to godot, remade in godot. (An engine I was new with)
And now to facilitate the update, it is being remade again in godot on the latest version to support web Android, web IOS, web Mac, etc.
I also am not paid to work on this free game. I prioritise work, commissions, and projects that allow me to live. So I'd dedicate a few hours here and there a week.
So, no it's not "taken 3 years". it's not my sole project, and it's 100% free. People playtesting the beta helps find the web-only bugs for me.
It isn't an "insane exaggeration". Most of the code has been replaced with the sole purpose of maximising performance. And clearly it is not done.
And there was never time where I had a sustainable amount of support. I quit my 6-day a week job as I wanted to work on game development and art full time, in which I did. As mentioned, FuzzBoob's is not my only project: I have a Steam game in the works, and some other projects that will be finished another time.

I finished all the nights and 4/20 and got the secret code for golden Freddy but only have two stars (the third one is locked in chains) and progress 92% so I think there is still something unless I missed some stuff.

Well if 1/9/8/7 is the code for the night then no I just typed 6/9/6/9 and got a fun scene but only one after I came she had white eyes (like actual eyes not the small white dots) and two purple lines and wouldn't stop riding me also I had to press back like 3-4 times until it brought me back to menu is that a bug

I distinctly remember being told that all the art or programming was finished 3 years ago for the remaster. Yet then they remake the code and suddenly 3 years go by. We should have gotten the FULL game by now, not a shitty bugfilled beta where jumpscares close your game. That's why Pudding and whoever else it was that was working on this should just retire from making games, they've made their money fooling people and clearly they're not cut out for game development. Their art is really great, so they should've just stuck to making art.

for some fucking reason, on night 2 chica got in my window at 1 AM and stay there until 4AM , making me lose because of power.
