The Partnerships Coordinator works closely with the Partnerships Manager to ensure high-quality stewardship for our sponsors. You will help plan, deliver, and report on sponsor activations, events, and internal processes during the 2026 Festival.

We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator!

The Volunteer Coordinator will report to the Operations and Events Manager, the successful applicant will be a motivated, outgoing self-starter with relevant festival, event, and/or volunteer management experience.

Join our Board of Directors!

Inside Out Film Festival is looking for volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors and Committees!

For 2026, we are especially interested in Board Members who have expertise in the areas of:

  • Film industry, particularly as a distributor, producer or director
  • Fundraising
  • Marketing
  • Finance and Accounting (especially CPA’s)

In addition to board members, we are looking for volunteers to join board committees for:

  • Fundraising Committee
  • Marketing Committee
  • Finance Committee
  • Human Resources Committee

For Inside Out to reflect the world in which we live, we believe in the importance of representation on our Board of Directors and our core committees. We strongly encourage applications from people who identify as two-spirit, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, or other gender diverse identities. We also strongly encourage applicants from Indigenous, Black and other racialized communities.
